My Fleet Solutions was developed by a seasoned team of captains and chief marine engineers who possess extensive hands-on experience with various types of vessels, including luxury superyachts, cargo vessels, roll-on/roll-off ferries, and cruise ships.

The platform is user-friendly, offers support across multiple devices, and provides each crew member with a customized dashboard that details their personal tasks, schedules, and services, alerting them to the assignments that are crucial for the smooth operation of the ship. As it's designed by seafarers for seafarers, it circumvents the common drawbacks associated with conventional management software. Unlike other systems that can be complex and time-intensive to master, My Fleet Solutions features intuitive technology designed for ease of use, allowing quick familiarization and efficient commencement of work.

We help to develop the skills needed to make a difference. At the root of the issue is the lack of resources available to prospective teachers, including basic equipment as well as trainers themselves. We aim to provide learning supplies and incentivize teacher training experts.

Engaging with educational experts, we uncovered what the most fundamental tools are for trainee teachers. This included how much time was required for training.

Support from local communities

Finding out the main enduring barriers to education, as well as the most essential requirements to childhood development in Haiti, was at the core of our mission here.

End result

By listening, engaging, and understanding exactly what was needed to empower educators in Haiti, we were able to equip 48 teachers with the necessary skills to use in the classroom.
